Q: Why do you picket and hand out leaflets?

A: The union pickets and distributes leaflets to inform the public that a contractor working in the area is undermining the basic standard of living established by the union. We believe the general public has the right to know that the community they live and work in is being sacrificed for the sake of profit, and that it is occurring at the expense of the workers on that job.

Q: I was a union contractor 10 years ago. It didn't work then, why should it work now?
